சஷ்டி Sashti

சஷ்டி என்பது வளர்பிறை பக்ஷத்தின் 6ஆம் திதி — முருகனுக்கு உரிய நாள். ஐப்பசி மாதத்தில் வரும் ஸ்கந்த சஷ்டி (சூரசம்ஹாரம்) மிக முக்கியமான விழாவாக கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.

Sashti (சஷ்டி) is the 6th tithi of the waxing fortnight. Dedicated to Lord Murugan; Skanda Sashti in Aippasi month is the most prominent.
